Home battlefield defended. Lt Korngable received accommodations for marksmanship and two victories were secured. Orders are to Macomb before making camp at the Falls.

Orders received. For the final time in this campaign, for a final time in my enlistment we will defend our home battlefield. First the Kansas City regiment on Thursday and finally the fighters from Tulsa Saturday. Bittersweet. But we will be ready.
