@_Godotto It has one the best story and characters in the series but it's gameplay and mission design is rather weak. I rate it quite up myself but it's replay value might be the worst among the series.

@_MayKLvr_ @ange1icangel0 Living in Japan I can say almost no one uses gaijin in a neutral/positive way. It's not exactly an insult/slur but calling someone a gaijin in their face would always be considered rude. They have a different word to politely refer to foreigners.

@yurikotigra I think the law is you can refuse the rent increase they would need the prove the increase is actually justified. 20k a month is not a small amount and it might be worth to fight it.
