@Daniel_ThomasG @SamWholley Daniel, I liked the Theranos piece but it was an example falling BBC standards. In para 11 you introduce Theranos without any previous explanation. I assumed this was someone's name and looked for what I'd missed.
You may know Theranos, but the reader may not. Think next time

@ShellStationsUK An employee is stealing from you and me. In Guildford today I declined to provide a Shell Card for my £100+ fuel purchase. The employee then scanned his own phone claiming my points, or stealing from you.
