On this the 250th Anniversary of the founding of our nation. (well of the ratification of the Declaration of Independence at Philadelphia which separated us from Britain) I feel moved to say a few words. I haven't gone on Social Media for a long time because people just seem interested in fighting literally everything that gets said but in this case I am not here for a debate but to declare.
This nation is a blessed nation, founded on the principles of freedom and opportunity for all. God Himself blessed this nation and redeemed it by the shedding of blood. He inspired the constitution and Declared this a nation. He chose this nation to be the birthplace of His Restored Church in these Latter-days. He has put the boundaries on the nations and He has set the boundaries on this nation. As we celebrate this the 250th Anniversary of our country I feel a need to speak out against the evil's and combinations which are conspiring to destroy this wonderful nation. Evil forces are attempting to foment hatred for America among the masses. There is socialism rising prominently through the Democratic Party, there is communism running rampant through many cities and districts such as NYC, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles and so many more. Make no mistake on this the 250th year since we declared ourselves free from tyranny there are many children of this day and age that are openly embracing the new Tyranny that comes in behind smiling eyes and compassionate slogans. These people who say they are for the poor, the working class, the immigrant are wolves in sheep's clothing, who seek nothing more than to enrich themselves with the sweat and blood of those they swear they represent. Even the Republican party is quietly allowing this takeover by refusing to take their stewardships seriously and stand against the rising evil. They have power given them by God to protect this nation and yet they stand idly by while the nation is given to those sworn to destroy and oppress it, making them no better than those they say they are in opposition to. Satan is unleashed and now is a time of repentance for this nation. A time to repent of the evil that is rising in the governments, the corruption and fraud which distresses every county and region, the corruption of the very laws which established this country into a suicide pact that will enact the very destruction of it. We need the strong men of America to rise up, sacrifice their lives of comfort, pursue position of power where they can use that power and influence given them by God and by the people they represent to save this nation and enable us and our children to pursue the American dream without fear of communism, socialism, crony capitalism, and corruption in every level of the government.
We've seen our very President saved multiple occasions by the hand and grace of God Himself, one who has received power from God and the people of these United States and who intends to use it to save the nation. We've seen many pundits speaking out against the hypocrisy of the Left and government leaders as a whole. We see a rising tide of conservatism that is turning back the tide of communism and insanity which has taken over the country by storm but if we are not willing to leave our homes and pursue the changes we want to see in the country then all of this will mean nothing, because evil doesn't sleep. We are currently at the crossing of our Delaware river, will we shrink because the path is hard, or will we fight so we can have another 250 years of this great nation. Remember if America falls, there is nowhere else to run to, there is no other nation that will take its place. We know that as time draws near to the 2nd coming, things are bound to get worse, but we cannot take that and give up the fight, in the end God wins, and God has declared this a nation, under Him! One Nation, Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All! As opposing forces attempt to divide us let us get to the voting stations, let us stand up and stave off the evil forces at work in our local and federal governments. We can and will win if that is our desire.
I love this country with all my heart, from the East to the West coast. I have crossed this country many times. Been to Maine, been to California, been in every state in between and they are all blessed by God and important to this great nation. Don't let your state fall, elect those who will use the power of their office to defend the liberties and principles of this great nation. Don't expect others to do so, you do it despite if others do, that's the only way we fight back. It's a time of repentance which means not letting things stay the way they are, and returning to Him who makes our country great. I love you all and wish you a happy 250th celebration of our great nation!

I believe there are many reasons to this. Romans 8:16-18 gives us a pretty good reason:
"16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us."

If God has so great a destiny for us there must be alot to learn to become "heirs of God and Joint-heirs with Christ". In the backdrop of eternity the sufferings of the present will never have the ability to stay, however, how could we possibly learn through these sufferings if we never had to go through them to begin with. It says right there "if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together" so how could we suffer with Him if there was never any suffering to be had?

Think of it this way, in other words, how can we be charitable if there is no-one in need of charity? How can we comfort those in need of comfort if there is none who need comfort? How can we feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit the sick and imprisoned if there are none that are hungry, none who are naked, or none that are sick nor imprisoned? If there was no evil there could not be good for what is good besides the opposition of evil? If we have no reference for evil we cannot be good. A man who cannot do evil is not a good man. A good man is a man who CAN do evil but chooses not to. If there is no choice there is no distinction and in order for there to be a choice the two MUST exist.

Because the plan of God revolves around our ability to choose Him there MUST be a choice that is NOT Him and because there is a choice that is not Him there must also be consequences that are attributed to things that go against Him. Suffering is an important part of the plan of God as the aforementioned scripture proves. It prepares us to be "Heirs of God" and "Joint-heirs of Christ". In the long term Cancer will not be a thing, hunger will not be a thing, suffering and pain in general will not be a thing. So in our eternal existence this will be the only time that we have the ability to exercise faith, choose God, and be good (at least as good as mortals can be). There is no other time that we will be able to experience these things and learn these lessons.

The child will not have cancer in eternity, but because the child has cancer now we can exercise faith in God, if by our faith the child can be healed, or acceptance of the will of God, if it so be the child suffers and is taken. Both will serve us in eternity and the pain of the moment will be swallowed up in the Joy and Glory God has for those who have endured. To take pain out of death is to take love out of life so yes it is given to those who love to feel the pain of the fallen state of the world, but God has promised all will be made right, and the child is not lost unto God.
