This is why i beg my africian brother and sisters please please feed sea food to your new born kids from age 6 month till age 3 because sea food has a high omega 3 content and is vitial for brain development i beg of you do it.

And if a child do not consume a lot of omega 3 at age 6 month till 3 years of age it will be pointless to feed them after age 3 because they already passed the citical stage of brain development stage so please with what ever you do focus on feeding them omega 3 by anymeans.

Africians if you want to change your nation feed your new born children starting from 6 month till age 3 sea food or a lot of omega 3 nutrients otherwise the likleyhood your child will turnout to be dumb will be high. Omega 3 is vitial for the brain development.

And the problem with africia is we can't get sea food since most are land locked countires so the highest investments should be in farming sea food fishes like salmon and others as much as possible.
