@VirginAtlantic what a fail with my luggage, daily updates promised, yet my luggage still sits at a random airport at MCO in the US for now 3 days for some unknown reason while I’ve been at my destination in Manchester, UK since Sunday. #fail
@VirginAtlantic I’ve followed your process for 3 days. It seems no one is actually able to call someone to see why this bag is still just being left at MCO rather than actually get pit on your plane to Manchester
if I get directed to your baggage What’sApp one more time…I gave them the actual physical location of my bag, yet the response is the same, it’s on the way. No it is most certainly not. It’s still at @MCO at Airside 4. My AirTag clearly does a much better job than your system
268 Mile Spine Endurance Race starts this weekend and your failure to deliver will have me missing this event I intend to run to raise funds and awareness for the National Blood Clot Association. Lots of hard work and personal funds spent for naught. @VirginAtlantic#CSfail
50lbs of gear still in Orlando, air tag shows no changes. Supposed daily updates from Virgin also not happening. Instead, every inquiry gets me sent to WhatsApp only to get no response again. Now at risk of not being able to do the expedition race in support of a Non-Profit.
@VAAirlineUK@Delta major fail. Failure to send luggage along with me, now stuck in Europe for 3 days already without ANY clothing.@. Bag still in US, no movement for 3 days! Why? No progress updates? I have an expedition race starting this weekend, all gear still stuck in US.
@campbelladam79 For something really different, check out the Everest Trail Race, stage race were you carry all your gear while racing for 6 days/100 miles in the Himalayas. Done by a Spanish outfit.
@MountainRoche Not much older than a year, but only second to latest models for each line, so maybe better now, but I’ve been on the bleeding edge for all things running tech for far too long. Going to wait this one out for now. Battery life more important right now #TdG this summer:-)
