As you may know, our friends in Decatur were hard hit by last night's storms. More than 4,000 were without power, so this morning we sent lineworkers to help our colleagues at @decaturutility get things back up and running. As always, we wish them a safe and quick trip.

Several customers have contacted us about paper utility bills arriving later than usual. Bills are going out on time, but we can't control what happens once they leave our facility. With e-billing, you get notified immediately when your bill is ready for review.
📷TRAFFIC ALERT!📷
Today at 8:00am, Huntsville Utilities Water Operations will close the eastbound lane in the 2400 block of Oakwood Ave NE for a fire hydrant replacement. The closure is expected to last until 2:00pm. Please avoid this area if possible.
Your small change can make a big change! "Round Up For Local Schools" rounds your utility bill up to the next dollar, with the change going to The Schools Foundation. They use that money to support public schools in Huntsville, Madison, and Madison County.
