@Motawif_SA Lack of clarity, random meaningless emails, still getting visa pre-approved emails though we have printed them already. Had to get flight tickets and boarding pass online ourselves because Motawif didn't send them. Still no hotel vouchers. aH for a package but ain't been easy 😅

@Motawif_SA Next morning I got a dodgy, poorly worded email by care.motawif which I didn't understand, airline knew nothing about it, we were booked and checked in. I called Motawif again and was told nothing had been changed. At airport now going all is ok. This is all a joke for Motawif.
