BREAKING: Last night, bandits stormed Chiromawa town in Garun Malam LGA, Kano State, killing three people, injuring five others and abducting the State's Sarkin Noma (farmers leader), Alhaji Yusuf Nadabo Chiromawa.

He has, however, been rescued this morning through the combined efforts of soldiers and vigilantes.

While the rescue is a relief, three people were killed and five others injured.
