So those awarded today by late 2022, those advertised today by mid-2023.

Yet it was a minuted decision of the Transport Committee of which your own Cllrs Joyce & Howard are members and were present. So if it surprises you, maybe speak to them.

While it could be overcome, Police probably wouldn't allow it without trial events with smaller crowds, which can't be held in current circumstances.

They've decided it simply raises no relevant questions, and the idea of Texas challenging Pennsylvania's state autonomy is anathema to conservative (GOP) justices.

@afneil You're a naive fool for believing this wasn't a coup attempt, albeit a poor one. All coup leaders give themselves plausible deniability. But Trump summoned them to DC, lit the blue touchpaper, said he loved them while they were occupying, and failed to call the National Guard.
