Helping Golfers Get More PainFree Power Without Rebuilding Their Swing With The Unbreakable Front 9. TPI Medical, Power, Junior and Golf level 2. CLICK BELOW ⬇️
The best part of our job is seeing the work before the win.
Dominic Foos came to TPI in June for a full assessment. On Sunday, he earned his first Asian Tour victory.
Sound process. Hard work. Big payoff. 🏆
“It’s applying the right exercise to the right person at the right time with the right intensity that gets results.“
@jasonglasslab discussing the importance of program design at our Fitness Level 3.
Self-guided training programs are often comprised of random exercises with no regard for progression, volume or intensity.
If you’re a golfer looking for real reaults, consider hiring a qualified professional who can build a plan based on your unique needs and goals.
Assess, don’t guess.
When it comes to effective practice, the quality of your work can be just as important as the quantity of your work.

We created the TPI Pro App to not only facilitate assessments, but offer greater insight into a golfer’s swing mechanics and training needs.
The power testing feature in our app helps identify your golfer’s most potent power source and, just as importantly, where they have room to improve.
Based on how your golfer’s results compare to our database of amateur and professional golfers, the app will also recommend exercises and drills that you can prescribe to help them improve.
It takes the guesswork out of coaching power in golf. By understanding your golfer’s physical capacity, we can determine if their speed is limited by their technique or the size of their engine.
The TPI Pro App is FREE to all active Certifieds (and their athletes can receive their programs through our client version).

The primary goal of every assessment we perform? Identify the Body-Swing Connection.
By physically screening a golfer, we can highlight how limitations in mobility, stability, strength or power may be affecting their swing.
In the latest video on @Meandmygolf’s YouTube channel, they take you inside Andy Proudman’s assessment and highlight how results from our screens offer key insights into his mechanics and power production.
It was an eye-opening session that reinforced a core TPI principle:
If you want to understand the ‘why’ of a golfer’s swing, you have to first assess the body behind it
"I look at my swing a lot, I’ve just never looked at my body."
When Micah Morris came to TPI last year, we identified a common Body-Swing Connection related to internal rotation and early extension.

If you lose mobility in your thoracic spine, you will most likely get too much in your lumbar spine and guess which one hurts?
The lower back
Which one should you be going after?
The thoracic
One of the best athletes the world has ever seen at generating ground reaction force (World Record holder in the Triple Jump) talking about GRF in golf (and referencing TPI)
Pretty cool https://t.co/yERsCqiwWb
If a golfer is serious about maximizing their potential, there’s no excuse for not assessing their physical capabilities.
Improving movement capacity and movement quality will require hard work, but not being aware of limitations that could be affecting their performance is unacceptable, in our opinion.
Assess, don’t guess
If you’re a golfer experiencing chronic pain or numbness in your shoulders, elbows or wrists, be sure to seek out a TPI Certified rehab professional who can help evaluate if the neck is the potential root cause.
Trauma in the cervical spine such as a disc herniations can irritate the bundle of nerves which control the hand, arm and shoulder, resulting in pain, numbness or even loss of mobility or strength.
Think of your neck as the fuse box and your upper extremities as power outlets.
If an outlet in your home isn’t working, you wouldn’t rip open the wall before first checking the breaker.
Rather than just trying to treat the symptom, refer to a practitioner who can assess the neck as a potential cause.
If you’re a rehab professional interested in learning more about common mechanisms for injury in golf and how to treat/identify them, check out our advanced Medical courses.
HERE IS THE BRUTAL TRUTH
Most geniuses die unknown, not because they lacked brilliance but because they lacked the system code_ to organise there mind and actions.
Without it, your ideas loop. Your signal fades. Your belief collapses.
This is why you feel you could be
“the greatest mind the world never knew.”
You’re not wrong. But we can make it untrue.
A huge week at the Players for a few recent TPI visitors.

“There are infinite ways to swing a club, but the most effective style for every golfer is built around what their body can do.”
STAT OF THE DAY: once a golfer can deadlift 1.75x their body weight this is the point of diminishing returns.
Maintain and focus on the next thing.

@MrFinntasticP4S Absolutely! So many golfers chase the latest gear or quick fixes, but the real key is consistent mobility work. I’ve seen how just 15 minutes a day can transform so much.
