@AshleyGWinter Five years ago I had my first kidney stone, diagnosed after a summer of taking lots of vitamin C and eating a diet rich in antioxidant-filled foods. Analysis determined the stone was oxalate. My urologist immediately put me on what I affectionately call the “white things” diet.
