I agree in principal, but there is a difference between discomfort and pain.
Discomfort is weakness leaving the body.
Pain is that same body telling you something is wrong.
Get uncomfortable and embrace the suck. Its good for you. If something legit hurts, stop and reevaluate. Don't be a pussy, honest evaluation. IS it pain or is it laziness?
If you are just starting and you look more like the buddha than an mma fighter, get a trainer, especially if you are older. Blowing out a knee will ensure your roundness continues far longer than you might like.
Ask me how I know ๐
Hey, @DeptVetAffairs
If I can't schedule an appointment for a specific medical service online then why the hell is it an option in the list of things I am told I can schedule online?
Tell me this is a government operation without telling me its a government operation.
Have you bothered to have someone who actually has UI and web design look at the site? Please for the love of all that is good and right get your shit together.
The site and app are borderline useless and if I manage to actually get someone on the damn phone odds are I'll get transferred to a dead end line that just rings endlessly and then I get to start this farce all over again.
This should take 2 min not 2 days of phone and website tag.
@ForeverEsoteric@MsSavageAF Tealyra has a great selection and decent prices.
The Rooibos Earl Grey is one of my go to for mornings where cant have coffee.
As someone who has had to travel that specific road 3 times now, its not the same.
There are multiple decaffeination methods and the one that is the closest to full coffee is the swiss water method. The mouth feel and flavor is off and its just not the same and swiss water method beans are expensive.
I ended up finding a good herbal tea as a substitute but if you are a die hard coffee enjoyer, its rough.
Like many of you, I was troubled by my last guest. Iโve followed Jason Ladayne for over a year, and Iโve seen him do things with a deck of cards that left me flabbergasted, amused, bemused, amazed, and occasionally, gob smacked. Most of it, however, can be explained by raw skill. Jason is one of the best card mechanics to ever live, and when the cards are in his control, he can conjure up anything. But what he does in this clip takes things to another level.
Watch it and tell me what you think. I cut the deck several times when his back is turned. Thereโs no way he can see what Iโm doing. After the final cut, which is left entirely up to me, I take three cards off the top, and put them into my shirt pocket. Jason tells me to remove one. Any one. I doesnโt matter which. And somehow, he knows what it is. Likewise, the other two.
How?
On the other hand, do I really want to know? I think I do. But the world is more interesting with a bit of mystery, right?
@thereal_SnS Learn something new everyday. I had never heard any of this. Part of me wants to start growing these in my front yard just to piss off the HOA. In pots of course.
Sadly, there are a large number of Americans that have zero perspective with regards to what we have here vs the rest of the world.
Spend a few months in a far away land getting shot at and you suddenly realize how amazing this country is.
I don't think service should be mandatory but I damn sure wish we could expose people to the hellscape that a lot of other countries are.
@MichaelGrahamSC@TommyFaceOnFire I need speed queen to start making ovens, electric and gas ranges and refrigerators for precisely this reason.
I dont give 2 shits about bluetooth this and smart that.
I want something I can repair with a basic toolkit and parts I know will be there.
Large portions of the black community have woken up to the reality of the political plantation that is the Democrat party. This is just them scrambling to run the Marxists playbook. Demonize your opponent, sow fear and discord within the community you are targeting. Nothing new here.
