@RCNconnects I’m here again typing to warn new customers, this company raises your rates after 4 months and don’t even let you know upfront, they charge you $40 extra just to turn your service back on, new customers will always get better rates and they will not match, STAY AWAY

@WinkSupport I’ve been trying to update the wifi settings on my wink hub 2 (hooked up through Ethernet) to move it to a diff room and all it does is fail…is this a bug in your app? I shouldn’t have to remove the hun and readd it just to update the settings
