Ethekwini metro is spending over R58 million in Casper Nyovest's #FillupStadium event.

The same city can't sponsor Entrepreneurs who can create sustainable Jobs. R58m can fund many youth-owned businesses.

Priorities? We aren't against Casper bt we're against reckless spending.
