@ceraliza sister had a c-section, then I had a vaginal birth and she asked me what it felt like. My exact words ,"you ever poop not realizing how bad you had to go and then you feel AMAZING after?" "Yeah" "It's like the best poop of your life"
The amount of pressure relieved was IMMENSE.
@Agent_Fatass98@litteralyme0 My kid (STILL at 15 yo!) -- immediately knows Uncle Friend if we mention him. If we mention Uncle OneOfMyBrothers, the face promptly shifts to "I am confusion - what unknown old are we talking about" ๐คฃ We see my brother more often lol

@JimsTweets It depends on the state. In Ohio, each year they either need to take the appropriate standardized test for their grade or be evaluated by a teacher licensed in the state of Ohio, in order to ensure state required educational metrics are met.
@pizzafever1@LeaveHeardAlone@KaylaSaysMore While I appreciate your perspective, and explaining things I already know, as my husband and I both work in healthcare. It does not invalidate the fact that the pharmacist should have provided more help. And just so you know, my daughter was seen outside of her pcp hours at
@pizzafever1@LeaveHeardAlone@KaylaSaysMore It's literally their job to (A) make sure prescriptions are safe to dispense. And (B) Help people understand health risks
That guy did neither. I don't care if its not typical, but it is LITERALLY part of the job. Its not unreasonable to expect them to do their job.
@KaylaSaysMore Pharmacist didn't even come over to speak with me. Just shouted "it should be fine!" I fully yelled, with a line behind me, "Well if a pharmacist can't be bothered to make sure meds are safe to take with an allergy, we're all fucked!". The folks in line were HORRIFIED at his
@mattbramanti When she's was little, my daughter said "that's no blemo" instead of "no bueno". She's now 14 and "No blemo" still gets tossed into rando conversations lol. It's honestly some of the pure gold kiddos bring into our lives ๐
@Ravenismeee I can't believe I haven't seen the real king mentioned.

Intentional lowercase on the first letter and both the periods is the OG "I'm done with this shit. Deuces."
@LeVeonBell 3) Ability to charge things during power failure if plan A doesn't/can't happen.
4) Most importantly - The basic function of a car - the ability to leave. We don't have power, I want the choice to go somewhere that does when it's safe. Power can be out for days after an event
@LeVeonBell 1) husband is a nurse and ERs don't close. Can't make it in bc gas stations can't open means someone who *should* be getting off a 12 hr shift stays until he gets there, bad for eveyone 2) Ability to go get any/all? elderly fam, if needed bc, if power goes, we lose it last
@j_lee_brown@weathernerdga See this is the one! My teen girl doesn't care for milk and she didn't like pop until a couple of years ago, so she just prefers water. BUT, I have 9 nieces and nephews and the pack that belong to my brother (farmer), will drink their body weight in milk.
@flat3rth@canncon If I'm rolling out that way, it's because they've just pissed me off one too many times which is *why* I switched. It's a straw/camels back situation...
@Romy_Holland I went with a very direct approach after subtle didn't work and said "She does not have three parents she has two. Which means exactly two people, me and <husband>, have votes in how she is parented." It was rough but it worked when I couldn't take anymore ๐ฌ
