@SeptimusFilius @cvspharmacy Assuming its a controlled substance, depending on state laws pharmacies can fill controlled substances early but its also up to the discretion of the pharmacist. Pharmacies dont have to do a curtesy early fill.

@Mrs_Right_Again @cvs The pharmacy closes for lunch because the PHARMACIST is on lunch. Nothing can be sold without a pharmacist on duty by law. Should the pharmacist be forced to work 10-13 hours a day without a break?

@dianaberrent @cvspharmacy All cvs lovations have a dropbox for pills just no syringes/needles. If thr dropbox it closed it just means its full and they are waiting for it to get picked up but if its pills u should be able to go to any cvs to put them in

@UnicornSuccess @LeaveHeardAlone @KaylaSaysMore The system will let us know if an allergen is in a certain medication before its dispensed but they cannot look up every single manufacturer and find one that does not include it. That is not possible. And pharmacists cannot change it to another dosage form thats illegal! :)

@KristyT Most pharmacists/techs will hang up or send you to the dr voicemail if you do that in order to keep the lines open lol. If they dont do that then that may just mean arent too busy in the moment and the other dr lines are open 😂

@cvspharmacy @tric1118 All prescriptions go back after 14 days for insurance purposes. If you are signed up for trxts/reminders and didnt get any updates about that you should check that the pharmacy has the correct number on file. But this isnt a new thing all pharmacies do this

@Biff234523 @drseanmullen If u are still getting your covid shot, u most likely have recieved many over the last few years. if you didnt pass out after the first few, you should be fine. Dr offices dont keep u for 15 min after getting a shot but if u are worried u can just sit in the waiting area..

If they ring you out and it goes after 130 they dont get to take their full break because YOU decided to be inconsiderate. Be a nice human and let them have 30 minutes

@UnicornSuccess @KaylaSaysMore They cant just switch it to a pill.. u have to have your doctor re-send it as a pill. And if u are so worried about the allergy, you should look up if the product contains corn syrup. The pharmacist cant look up every ingredient on every drug for every patient.

@joeygems @gotrice2024 People in the food service industry get breaks. Pharmacists who work 10-13hrs in a day deserve a break, if they mess something up they can lose their license, if a food service worker messes up someone may just get the wrong meal?? Not really equivalent.
