Hi @northernassist, I ordered a ticket on your app for the 10:22 to Leeds from BPL north. Why was I given a ticket for the 13:22 train (I double checked I was buying for the 10:22 service) and why was I charged £10 for changing my ticket for the right one for an error you made?
