Our team is carefully reviewing every case as thoroughly as possible. Because of the upcoming counter-filing deadline, residents should expect to hear back from us in May. At that time, you’ll receive either an offer letter or a hearing date.

Union Co Auditor sets property values for reappraisals using 3 yrs of arm’s-length sales, focusing on last 12 months. Per ORC 5713.03, we assess true value, adjusting for damages or improvements. Values are submitted to Oh Dept. of Taxation. Report due soon, approval expected.
