@AndrewEinar_ML @OGBlackRedGuard "Self critique" and "best WE can do"... WE didnt do a revolution in Cuba. We have to do one here.. and so far the Cubans have done a LOT better than we have. I think we should be taking their lead before we start critiquing them.
@KarlosMarx9@ItsKylewithaK Because it creates divison on our class when we need to be creating unity. Also the argument that starbucks workers don't do productive labor doesn't even make sense.
@KarlosMarx9 That is not a position ACP came up with. That's just the standard position that all marxists of every variety have been saying since Marx. Lenin wrote about this, basically all communists have held this view.
"The law is designed as it is for a reason." Yeah the reason is because we live in a dictatorship of capital and the rich will never make laws that empower workers.
@birrion No, it's keeping the peace. Which is the job of the police.
The law is designed as it is for a reason. Workers can deny their bosses their labor. They cannot shut a business down and then extort anything they want as a result.
@deadbeatregular@brandonnagy@GLElCHMONSTER As a former union construction worker (BAC) and current staff organizer, i don't see why people are so disagreeable to what you're saying. The relationship between staff and the union is not the same as the antagonistic exploitative relationship between boss and worker.
The "heroes" of U.S. Army gang-r@ped and murdered a 14-year-old Iraqi child called Abeer Qassim Hamza al-Janabi and then massacred her family on March 12, 2006.
@A24 When is someone going to talk about the perspectives of the Iraqis? US invaded and committed genocide. Should never have been there to begin with.
