Since when was supervisors working a specific shop stewards issue and not a union issue? I can't believe I was sho'd away from a shop Steward over this. Thats just ridiculous. Supervisors working is a UNION ISSUE.
For doing my job I get accused of stealing time, insubordination and working against my health and safety.... when I've been complaining for weeks about my health and safety at work due to coworkers... I always work as directed and try to stay safe. Lmao. Retaliation maybe? 🤔

Its sad thinking about the strike that could have been, the gains we could have gotten with the climate of the last 5 years. Part timers deserve more then just a little more money.

Have a SINGLE PERSON in your department have the contract. NEVER GIVE IT TO MANAGEMENT. If they want to see it or make an argument, they can look online. THST BOOK IS MEANT TO PROTECT YOU AND UNION MEMBERS ONLY, NOT THE COMPANY. HOLD ONTO TBAT BOOK LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.
