After all the money I spend with @UberEats they've shown that they do not care for loyalty or customer resolution. I have £7 left on a giftcard to use with them. Once I have done so, I will no longer be using there services. I will be supporting @Deliveroo & @JustEatUK

So @UberEats is satisfied with drivers taking orders and customers not receiving what they have paid for. Appalling especially when they would be recuperating the loss with another order via their own giftcard which is how I paid.

Appalled with the delivery & customer service by @JustEatUK for the nondelivery of my order that I placed over 3 hours ago. The delivery was active until an hour ago when the order decided to state delivered - how is that possible when my code was not inputted???
