[News] ⚠️🚨 Permit filed for the transformation of the Gaumont cinema into Pathé!!

➡️ A new building permit was filed on February 20 to transform the last remaining Gaumont cinema in France into a Pathé, featuring significant architectural upgrades designed to align with the ongoing redesign of #DisneyVillage.

➡️ According to the permit description, the works will include:
➖ Modifications of the main entrance façade,
➖ Demolition of 2 existing entrance canopies (located in front of the main entrance),
➖ Complete interior refurbishment of all common areas,
➖ Renovation of the exteriors,
➖ An increase in total floor area,
➖ Removal of the double-skin structure currently installed in front of the glass façade of the lobby.

➡️ All these developments point to a major construction project on the horizon, involving a complete overhaul of the exterior along with a deep modernization of the interior!
➡️ This permit marks another milestone in the large-scale transformation currently underway accross the #DisneylandParis resort!😍
