केंद्रीय प्रदूषण कानून ने Pvt Hosps में उत्पन्न ठोस/तरल जैवकचरे के निस्तारण हेतु पहले से व्यवस्था/भारी शुल्क निर्धारित कर रखे हैं। अब इनसे अलग से (वह भी सर्वाधिक) सीवरेज चार्ज क्यों?
ऐसे भारी कर हर बार Pvt Hosps पर लगेंगे, तो वे कैसे सस्ता इलाज़ उपलब्ध करा सकेंगे?
