During a panel discussion moderated by @SandraShenge, Hon. Antoine Mugesera shared insights on the history of genocide in the #DRC, Amb. Joseph Mutaboba discussed genocide ideology in the Great Lakes region, and Dr. @AlexMvuka explored the FDLR’s role in regional conflicts.
