Well done @united @Delta @AmericanAir @JetBlue @SpiritAirlines for already letting customers change flights FOC due to hurricane Milton.. shame @VirginAtlantic won’t do the same. They want to charge £150 pp for flight changes to escape the hurricane. Lovely. 😡

@VirginAtlantic @VirginAtlantic Terrible customer service. Other airlines are letting customers change FOC. They know flights will be cancelled: I have no issue paying the fare difference, but the £150 per person change fee is a joke. We are willing to cut our honeymoon short & come home early.

Nice to know @VirginAtlantic would leave customers out in Orlando during a hurricane rather than being proactive and getting people on flights home early. They are currently charging customers for wanting to change. Other airlines offering to change flights FOC.
