It’s still unacceptable to have these many people waiting, but it seems the problem is getting better not worse.

3-part process:
1) I-130 petition at CA processing center- 30 months
2) NVC waiting for DQ - 3 months
3) post-DQ waiting for interview - 30 months.
That’s 5 years!!!

Soo much priority is given to citizen cases whereas LPR's are not treated fairly. My dq was on 26 december and still no updates except the stupid mail there send.
