@SheffCouncil can you advise please? A client has some cans of paint (very old). Trying to dispose of them properly but shore life tip say they won’t accept them? Where can she take them please? (Where she bought them no longer exists!)
@AsdaServiceTeam how do I raise a complaint about a store experience please? I’m disabled & this morning desperate for a toilet, I asked C/Service if they had a disabled toilet, or any toilet I could use as I was in pain, almost in tears. He told me to go to Sainsbury’s. 1/2
@AsdaServiceTeam 2/2 he said it was a minute away. It was NOT a minute away. I had to run, crossing a v busy dual carriage way to access toilet facilities. Your website says this store not only has toilets but disabled toilets! Can this be escalated please?

Absolutely awful new system from @altontowers. Booked overnight stay. Already have access card & RAP card. Totally unable to book as the month is fully booked. So what are we meant to do - other than cancel the whole trip? What’s the point in having the card? #actuallyautistic
