There's a point when an idiot gets a little bit of knowledge but not enough knowledge to understand any of what he's learned. In the case of Star Wars that's when the idiot finds an internet post or something pointing out some of the influences or references in Star Wars but they don't yet understand enough about quotation or intertextual dialogue to understand why the references are there, and they don't even understand the basic fact that all art is influenced by other art, so they just say that because something references something else that's "stealing". Coincidentally, that same total lack of literacy and knowledge of art history can also lead certain idiots to think that The Last Jedi is a good movie, as in the case of this idiot here
