In 2nd Samuel , God “punished” David by having his son Absalom rape David’s wives publicly at a rooftop.

First issue here is an all loving , wise and just God using rape of all things as punishment.

The second issue is That I put “punished” in Quotes because David was the offender but it’s his wives that were raped and humiliated in public like they had anything to do with David’s crimes.

When believers say “God is good” or “god is just” it’s almost as if they’ve never opened a single page in their own bible... because the god in the Bible… Sir Yahweh… was clearly made in the image of its barbaric authors.
