We’ve spent this weekend in Birmingham City Centre with our fellow @stjohnambulance volunteers teaching members of the public CPR as part of the national #RestartAHeart campaign! We managed to engage with over 1,700 volunteers, teaching hundreds of people how to save a life 💚

The first cricket of the season and what a sunny day it’s been☀️Volunteers from the unit have been event managing, in control and on foot teams across the grounds to help anyone in need!
Some of our unit were at the Great Birmingham Run last weekend!
Cosmo and James were helping as Cycle Responders and managed to cycle around 26miles and Beth led the Treatment Centre.
Alastair was also the sector command to support other treatment centres across the event
A very good weekend travelling down to Dartmoor for the Ten Tors supporting with logistics and first aid- thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome!
