Welcome to the Twitter of the University of Birmingham Pro Bono Group. Keep up to date with our events here! Note: this is not a forum for client communication.
Our volunteers on this project work from our new building, The Exchange, in Birmingham City Centre. Here, they liaise with budding entrepreneurs, assisting them in understanding the relevant law that they need to build a successful business.
This project has been very successful over the past couple of years with volunteers and those attending sessions giving great feedback. As part of our Streetlaw group of projects, students create sessions focussing on legal issues linked to race, discrimination and protest.
ENVIRONMENTAL LAW MATTERS
This is a very exciting project that some of our members get to work on, focussing on combatting and finding solutions to topical environmental issues.
