Progressive leg numbness and weakness befuddled many providers. @UofUHealth MRI showed cord edema and dilated vessels. @UofUNIR angiogram revealed a spinal dural arteriovenous fistula. This was cured with #nBCA. His progressive disease halted, he went home with just a bandaid.
