Ahmed called BTP on 27 May, launching into a 14-minute tirade in which he repeatedly threatened to stab officers, made sexually violent threats toward women and children, and said he would throw acid in an officer's face.

He was arrested two days later in west London. During questioning, Ahmed claimed a "red mist" had come over him because he was angry that details of his previous crimes and custody photo had been released. He admitted he was a criminal but insisted he was "not evil."

Ahmed had previously been jailed for 2 years and 2 months for sexually assaulting two women on the London Underground in late 2020. In the latest case, he pleaded guilty to threatening communications, possession of cannabis, and a public order offense.

Mansoor Ahmed, 31, who was sentenced to more than two years in prison for sexually assaulting two women on the London Underground in 2020, later contacted the British Transport Police and referenced his own sexual assault case during the call.

During the call, he directed abusive language at the call handler and made threats, including saying he was "coming to stab" BTP staff, wanted to "open their hearts," and threatened an acid attack.

Ahmed was reportedly angry that his custody photograph had been published following his sentencing. He is said to have spent around 14 minutes verbally abusing staff at the BTP First Contact Centre on 27 May.

Officers traced and arrested him in connection with the call, and body-worn camera footage reportedly captured him insulting officers by calling them "dossers."
