Meghans team issued a statement saying that if the MET had time stamped the letter as being received in 2019, then to take that as the time it was received.

The MET have now stated the letter has been lost, and have asked Meghan to provide them with a copy of hers. So how on earth did they ascertain that they received the letter in question in 2019 if they have lost it?
