यूपी में ऊर्जा क्रांति… आज़ादी के बाद 1947 से 2017 तक के 70 वर्षों तक उत्तर प्रदेश में राज्य का कुल तापीय ऊर्जा उत्पादन 5,160 MW था। यह 2022 में बढ़कर 5,820 MW हुआ। इसके सापेक्ष पिछले चार ही वर्षों में 660 MW की 10 नई यूनिटों द्वारा 6600 MW तापीय ऊर्जा का उत्पादन प्रदेश में शुरू हो गया है। घाटमपुर की 660 MW की 11वीं यूनिट शीघ्र ही शुरू हो जाएगी। अर्थात तापीय ऊर्जा दोगुने से ज़्यादा हो गई। साथ ही पिछ��े चार वर्षों में ही कुल 6,627 MW की सौर क्षमता स्थापित/कमीशन की जा चुक�� है। इसके साथ यूपी की ऊर्जा शक्ति तीन गुना हो गई। इसी के साथ… * लखनऊ देश का पहला जनपद बन गया है जिसने पीएम सूर्यघर योजना के अंतर्गत 1 लाख से अधिक रूफटॉप सोलर इंस्टॉलेशन का ऐतिहासिक आंकड़ा पार किया है, * जबकि प्रदेश के अन्य 6 जनपद (वाराणसी, कानपुर नगर, बरेली, आगरा, प्रयागराज, झाँसी, देश के शीर्ष 50 घरेलू रूफटॉप सोलर इंस्टॉलेशन वाले जनपदों में शामिल हैं। * उत्तर प्रदेश में भवनों पर आच्छादित (Rooftop/Building Mounted) सौर परियोजनाओं के अंतर्गत कुल 3,573 मेगावाट सौर क्षमता स्थापित की जा चुकी है। * इसके अतिरिक्त Utility Scale Ground Mounted Solar परियोजनाओं के अंतर्गत 3,054 मेगावाट सौर क्षमता कमीशन की जा चुकी है। * साथ ही वर्तमान में राज्य में लगभग 6,639 मेगावाट क्षमता की (Utility Scale Solar) सौर परियोजनाएं विकास एवं क्रियान्वयन के विभिन्न चरणों में हैं। * पम्प और बैटरी स्टोरेज सहित अन्य बड़ी योजनाएँ भी आकार ले रही हैं। * साथ ही तापीय ऊर्जा की मे��ा और मिर्जापुर की 4000 MW की क्षमता आने ��ाले दिनों में स्थापित करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई है। अर्थात् माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के आशीर्वाद से माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तर प्रदेश अपनी ऊर्जा शक्ति को कई गुना बढ़ाने की दिशा में अग्रसर है। सबको नमन सह बधाई। @narendramodi @myogiadityanath @AmitShah @NitinNabin @mppchaudhary @idharampalsingh @UPPCLLKO @UPNEDA_Agency #सोलरऊर्जा #GoSolar #स्वच्छऊर्जा #UPNEDA #NayeBharatKaNayaUP #GoodGovernance #HumaraUP #VikasExpress

UP leads in energy sector… Uttar Pradesh has emerged as the leading state in India's energy sector. Government of India has selected Uttar Pradesh for the prestigious PM Surya Ghar Excellence Awards. UP has been honoured at the national level for the outstanding performance in the PM Surya Ghar Yojana in last two years of the scheme and also in May, 2026. मैंने पहले भी कहा था ‘उपभोक्ता देवो भव:’ निर्णय लिया है कि सभी स्मार्ट मीटर अब पोस्ट पेड मीटर की तरह ही काम करेंगे। विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं को स्मार्ट /प्रीपेड मीटर से आ रही तकनीकी दिक्कत के मद्देनजर उन्हें बड़ी राहत देने का महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय आज लिया है। जिसके अनुसार अब: 1. सभी उपभोक्ताओं का स्मार्ट मीटर सामान्य/पोस्ट-पेड मीटर की तरह ही कार्य करेगा। 2. अर्थात् प्री-पेड नाम की व्यवस्था समाप्त की जा रही है। 3. जैसे आप पहले मासिक बिल भरते थे वैसे ही महीने की 1 तारीख से 30 तारीख तक का बिल अगले दस दिन में आपको एसएमएस या ह्वाट्सऐप पर भेजा ��ाएगा। 4. बिल मिलने के बाद दी गई समय सीमा में आप कृपया बिल अवश्य भरें। 5. आपसे यह भी निवेदन है कि अपना फ़ोन नंबर अद्यतन करा लें और बिजली विभाग से आने वाले संदेशों पर ध्यान दें। 6. विभाग को यह भी पुनः निर्देशित किया है कि किसी भी स्थिति में महीने के अंदर बिजली नहीं काटी जाएगी। 7. साथ ही यह भी कहा है कि पिछला बकाया हो तो उपभोक्ता दस किश्तों में भरने की सुविधा प्रदान की जाय। 8. पुराने मीटरों को स्मार्ट-प्रीपेड मीटर से बदलने का कार्य स्थगित किया गया है। 9. फिर भी हाल में लगे स्मार्ट मीटर से जुड़ी शिकायतों का समाधान हमारी प्राथमिकता है। 10. गर्मी के दिनों में लोगों को विद्युत संबंधी कोई तकलीफ़ न पड़े इसके लिए शक्ति भवन में मीटिंग कर विभाग को आज पुनः हिदायत दिया है। आपका सहयोग प्रार्थनीय है। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी और माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी को नमन। सबको शुभकामना। @narendramodi @myogiadityanath @AmitShah @NitinNabin @mppchaudhary @idharampalsingh @UPPCLLKO @EMofficeUP @PVVNLHQ @KESCoHQ #NayeBharatKaNayaUP #GoodGovernance #HumaraUP #VikasExpress

A review meeting was held in Varanasi on 13 April 2026 to assess the progress of Uttar Pradesh under #PMSGMBY, with a focus on Varanasi district. The meeting was chaired by Shri J. V. N. Subramanyam, JS, MNRE and Mission Director, and attended by senior MNRE officials along with Director @UPNEDA_Agency, DM and Municipal Commissioner Varanasi, senior DISCOM officials, vendors, bankers and district officials. UP’s performance was appreciated, with installations exceeding 3,000 per day and total installations reaching ~4.7 lakh, placing the State 3rd nationally. Lucknow has emerged as the top-performing district in the country with over 86,000 installations. The State expressed its intent to further accelerate and achieve the top position. Discussions focused on key bottlenecks including installation timelines, metering delays and banking issues. The Mission Director engaged with stakeholders to understand on-ground challenges and emphasized expanding outreach to RWAs/GHS. A unique model was highlighted wherein 1,000+ families are being provided RTS with zero consumer share, with the balance (beyond central and state subsidy) funded through CSR support from AAI and other agencies. The State was advised to scale such a model under ULA for low income consumers. Guidance was provided to streamline processes and improve the consumer journey. The Mission Director along with senior officials also visited a 5 kW RTS site in Varanasi to assess ground-level implementation.
