@q03dg@DeanTTraining@_Filthy_Rich That's just a silly take man. I'm not saying cut out traditional strength training and single join motions to build the prime movers but not incorporating functional especially as an athlete is what's stupid lmao
@q03dg@DeanTTraining@_Filthy_Rich So you don't think multiplane exercises are more functional than single plane? Please elaborate? Use your words big boy.
@DeanTTraining@_Filthy_Rich The lifting/rotating can help with range of motion, engaging rotator cuffs more, and functional strength. Wouldn't you agree an exercise across multiple planes is more functional than a single plane exercise?
@DeanTTraining@_Filthy_Rich The supination engages your anterior delts and upper pecs more than a traditional db shoulder press. If done properly, ensure arms aren't resting against your body in the starting position. That's simply the benefit of the supination/starting position.
@ferretallen I've never seen a more clueless thread. Look up rules for a charge. Defenders hips and shoulders should be stationary during contact. He leans in and his left arm delivers a check. Which you clearly see him follow through with.
