This July 4th, we’re declaring our independence from medical tyranny.

Last year, Idaho’s Medical Freedom Act officially outlawed almost all medical mandates statewide.

Including vaccines.

This year, Arizona almost became the second state to outlaw almost all medical mandates.

The Arizona Medical Freedom Act passed the State House and Senate.

But Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed it.

The Louisiana Medical Freedom Act has passed the State House.

Leslie Manookian declared that this progress has made her more hopeful for the future than ever:

This should terrify every parent.

Pediatrician injects 18-month-old twins with 5 vaccines and both die 8 days later. Mother, Andrea Shaw, spoke out publicly blaming the shots for the deaths of her children… and now authorities have charged HER with murder.

Hepatitis-A, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus & Flu Vaccines were administered to twins, Dallas & Tyson Shaw at their pediatric 'well child' visit.

Within hours, the toddlers became lethargic and ill. The next morning, their lips were blue, and they struggled to move. Andrea took the twins to the emergency room and told the doctor they had received the vaccines the day before.

The treating physician in the emergency room diagnosed them as suffering from “post-immunization reaction.”

The babies remained symptomatic & ill over the next 6 days. On the 8th day, post vaccines, Andrea found both children unresponsive.

Police and paramedics were called, and investigators immediately focused on the parents. Andrea & Nathaniel told Children's Health Defense that the police immediately treated them as suspects.

“They said that it wasn’t medical and that they figured asphyxiation, and that I had supposedly had a postpartum overwhelming blackout and killed my children,” Andrea said. The family filed a report with the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System & contacted Children's Health Defense.

Rather than investigating the vaccines as cause of death, including the hospitalization records & vaccine injury diagnosis... the Payette Police Department opened an investigation into Andrea.

The entire medical industry & law authority ignores vaccines as possible cause of SIDS & will go after the parents...

Last night I heard some truly disturbing news. The mother of 18 month old twins who died about a year ago after a round of vaccines has been arrested for first degree murder and held on $2 million bond.

The toddlers both had a reaction to the shots within 24 hours - blue lips, diarrhea, fever - so were taken to the ER. The doc in the ER expressed concern that the twins were experiencing a vaccine reaction but days later when the babies were found dead, the 22 year old parents were treated like criminals instead of victims.

Several groups stepped in to help including @ChildrensHD @stkirsch @VacSafety @Honest_Medicine @theHFDF but nothing happened - till now - when the surprise arrest occurred.

When two children both have a reaction to shots and then both end up passing, it's likely not foul play by the parents, it's corruption in an industry gone wild.

Let's not victimize parents twice, let's acknowledge a painful truth - vaccines k^ll way. That's the inconvenient truth.

Yesterday’s Supreme Court decision reflects that the capture of government by big industry is nearly complete. It affirmed the right of chemical companies to injure, maim, and even kill you and your children with their pesticides, herbicides, etc., with near complete impunity.

This means you can expect increasingly toxic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, rodenticides, etc., because the more toxic they are, the better they will kill weeds, pests, etc. And farmers that then use the most effective products, no matter how harmful to humans, will have a competitive advantage. The result will be that the farmer who adopts the most effective products (meaning most toxic) will have the largest crop yield. Other farmers, to compete, will then also be forced to adopt the more harmful product. With that, the race to the bottom has begun.

I expect that in the coming decades we will look back and wish to return to the “safer days” of glyphosate. So, bottom line: your government has abandoned you and your children. Think about this decision: 7 out of 9 Supreme Court judges sided with the chemical company against the public, and Trump’s DOJ intervened in the case on the side of the chemical company. Anyone who thinks this administration cares about you over industry profit is, at this point, delusional.

Shame on the DOJ, shame on the Trump admin, and shame on the Supreme Court for letting chemical companies get away with injuring, maiming, and killing Americans with their products instead of just allowing normal market forces to protect us and our children. Now, in addition to vaccines, we can add pesticides, etc., to the list of products that can injure and kill with near complete immunity.

Below is the decision and, in a nutshell, it holds that failure to warn claims brought under state law (which is the primary type of claim one would bring for harms from a pesticide, herbicide, etc.) are preempted by the EPA-approved label such that, if the harm is not on the label, your claim loses (since EPA didn’t add it to the label as a harm), and if the harm is on the label, your claim loses (since it has been disclosed on the label). Meaning heads or tail they win, and you and your children lose.

LET'S GO BACK IN HISTORY

Bayer just got indemnity from SCOTUS. Convenient timing. But let's rewind to 1983. Monsanto submitted glyphosate data to EPA. Their own mouse study showed kidney cancer (renal tubular adenomas). The EPA pathologist flagged it.

That pathologist was removed from the case.

Monsanto's own pathologist re-read the same slides. Suddenly: no cancer. Just "spontaneous lesions." EPA accepted the rewrite.

Glyphosate sailed through. 40 years later, non-Hodgkin lymphoma cases pile up. Bayer's been losing verdict after verdict to the tune of 12 billion dollars.

Now SCOTUS says the company that pulled the bait-and-switch on the cancer data is immune from failure-to-warn claims.

The internal EPA memos and Monsanto's study reports were surfaced during the Roundup litigation discovery process (2015–2019). Specifically:

-The 1983 mouse oncogenicity study (Monsanto study no. BD-83-123) showing renal tubular adenomas
-The EPA pathologist's original evaluation memo flagging the tumors
-The replacement pathologist's re-evaluation reclassifying them as benign.

Quick question: does the Court know that submitting fraudulent safety data to the EPA is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 1001?

🚨🚨🚨BREAKING - SCOTUS rules Bayer/Monsanto can continue causing cancer without warning people using glyphosate without being sued.

In numerous court cases through the years, juries have determined that glyphosate causes cancer and that glyphosate manufacturers should be held liable for medical bills when their product causes cancer and they fail to warn consumers. This is the definition of justice.

Our corrupt federal government does not want people that have cancer from glyphosate exposure to be able to sue and get their medical bills paid for. The administration ordered its DOJ to fight to protect glyphosate manufacturers and the SCOTUS ruled as the administration asked.

This ruling was legally sound but the problem is that the Court assumes the US Government is not corrupt. Because of the way the law works, the Courts never look at the corruption at the EPA that allow this poison to continue to be sold without a cancer warning despite the extensive evidence that it does cause cancer and that the EPA intentionally ignored. The Courts default to trusting the government under the law - it stems from the concept of separation of powers but manifests as a mechanism to preserve a corrupt status quo.

Ultimately, this is another loss in the war to MAHA. Regardless of how you feel about Trump, this is not good for the health of America. We the people MUST demand our leaders in Congress and the White House protect the health of our farmers and children. MAHA matters. @zenhoneycutt @unhealthytruth

I am literally sick. This is a devastating blow to every family that trusted our justice system.

Monsanto just won at the Supreme Court in a 7-2 decision, putting billions of dollars in jury verdicts for Roundup victims at risk. Americans who developed cancer after exposure to Roundup may now be denied the justice that juries across the country determined they deserved.

The message from this ruling is dangerous: if a federal agency approves a product, manufacturers may be shielded from accountability even when people are harmed.

Congress must act immediately.

1️⃣ Congress must pass legislation to correct this decision and restore Americans' right to hold corporations accountable.

2️⃣ During the EPA's upcoming Roundup review, truthful warning labels must be required so consumers can make informed choices.

3️⃣ The Senate must remove the Farm Bill provision that would delay this critical EPA review.

This is a defining moment. Every elected official now has a choice: stand with families harmed by toxic chemicals or stand with the corporations that profit from them.
