Terrible experience traveling internationally with @emirates. Forced to not keep our toddler’s travel stroller and were asked to pay around $230 to keep it although we had carried for free on initial @emirates flight as a baby item. Made 23 hour travel experience worst ever!
@EmiratesSupport Every time I have sent a DM, you tell to wait for 30 more days for response. This has happened three times already and each time instead of reviewing what we said the support team tells us that a 6 lb foldable, carry-on stroller as the only item in hand can not be carried.
@EmiratesSupport I have responded to the message. Just shocked that the customer supports team took 20 days and still doesn’t have the complete information and responded with wrong information just to not help pr take responsibility!
@EmiratesSupport@emirates I check the response says that for two tickets, we could not carry a third personal item (collapsible baby stroller) and should’ve paid $220. Wrong information and wrong to have kept out stroller! #worstcustomerexperience@emirates
@EmiratesSupport@emirates@EmiratesSupport we finally got a response after roughly 20 days for the worst ever experience - it is full of incomplete/inaccurate information. For 2 tickets - we could carry two carry-on bags and two personal items - even if baby items are not allowed separately!
@LeaderComment@EmiratesSupport You are right. After having people pay thousands of dollars and giving substandard experience. They ask for 30 days to look into it.
When someone is drowning that is not the time to teach them how to swim!
The same goes with meltdowns and discipline, breakdowns and strength!

A woman who had a heart attack in 2016 and later developed heart failure, had an operation to implant 10 patches of 400 million cells on the surface of her heart. Her condition then remained stable for 3 months, long enough for her to receive a heart transplant. Scientists who examined her old heart found that the implanted muscle patches had remained in place and formed blood vessels. https://t.co/tdImu7Fti4
