Stonnington is reviewing their Parking Action Plan. Let them know that they need to better utilise the numerous empty parking lots along Chapel Street so that they can reallocate street space for people, not just car storage.

@StonningtonCity And in the draft City of Stonnington budget for 2023/2024, Council is only intending to allocate $400,000 to cycling infrastructure next year—close to half of what it spent this year—with no obvious plans to increase it over the next decade:

In 2018 @StonningtonCity announced a commitment to the eventual elimination of death and serious injury from all roads within the municipality. But TAC data suggests that over that period, there were 556 injuries requiring hospitalisation and 7 fatalities, now 8.
