The Deputy Governor, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Alhaji Muttaqa Rabe Darma, the Special Adviser to the President on Political and Other Matters, alongside other senior government officials at both the state and federal levels, were also in attendance

Reels: Members of the Uba Sani Aides Assembly (USAA), comprising Technical, Special Assistant, and Senior Special Assistants paid a site visit to the Kabala Costain–Aliyu Makama Road project to gain firsthand insights and showcase the Governor’s commendable achievements to the public.

The road and bridge project had been stalled since 2022 due to complex geological challenges, unpaid certificates, outstanding compensation claims, and utility relocation bottlenecks. Upon inheriting the project at roughly 30% completion, Governor Uba Sani cleared all pending financial obligations and remobilised the contractor to the site.

Construction has since made remarkable headway: a dual carriageway has been built from the Police Roundabout up to the bridge, and 42 of the 56 required structural beams are now launched on a bridge section where work had previously ground to a halt.

Once completed, this critical link will slash urban travel times, ease congestion, improve access to essential facilities like schools, hospitals, and markets, and drive commercial growth along the Barnawa–Kabala axis.

The Management of Kaduna State College of Nursing Sciences hereby invites qualified candidates to apply for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME Screening Exercise into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Programme across its Tudun Wada, Kafanchan, and Pambegua campuses.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY
* UTME Cut-Off Mark: Candidates MUST have sat for the 2026 JAMB UTME with subjects including English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, and achieved an aggregate score of 150 points or above.

* Institutional Choice: Candidates MUST have selected or changed their institution to Kaduna State College of Nursing Sciences (Tudun Wada, Kafanchan, or Pambegua) as their First Choice.

* O'Level Credentials: Candidates MUST possess at least five (5) O'Level credit passes in not more than two (2) sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (SSCE WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAISS). (Allowed combinations: WAEC & WAEC, NECO & NECO, NABTEB & NABTEB, NBAISS & NBAISS, or WAEC & NECO).

* NIN Verification: All candidate credentials and personal details MUST align strictly with their National Identification Number (NIN) records.

* JAMB CAPS Upload: Eligible applicants MUST upload their O'Level results on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) at an accredited JAMB CBT centre prior to admission consideration.
