UTAB Celebrates Graduation of 1,474 Students as It Strengthens Commitment to Quality Education

The University of Technology and Arts of Byumba (UTAB) has celebrated the graduation of 1,474 students, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of graduates who successfully completed their studies after years of dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.

Addressing the graduation ceremony, Bishop Papias Musengamana, the Legal Representative of UTAB, congratulated the graduates and described the occasion as a reflection of the collective efforts of students, parents, lecturers, and the university leadership.

He noted that the achievement represents the results of hard work, resilience, and a shared vision for advancing knowledge and values among young professionals.

Bishop Musengamana reaffirmed UTAB’s commitment to strengthening human resource development, improving infrastructure, promoting research, and expanding the use of technology in teaching and learning to enhance the quality of education.

He also called upon UTAB partners, parents, and stakeholders to collaborate in addressing the growing demand for student accommodation as the university continues to expand.

The graduation ceremony highlights UTAB’s continued contribution to preparing skilled, innovative, and responsible graduates who are expected to play a key role in Rwanda’s socio-economic transformation and sustainable development.
