Huge win!
The Tenth Circuit just ruled Presidents don’t have unlimited power under the Antiquities Act. They can’t lock up whatever land they want — there are limits, and courts must enforce them.
Congress writes the law, not one man with a pen. 🔥
UPLA has made a $50,000 donation to the BlueRibbon Coalition to help keep our trails open in court!
Huge thanks to everyone who’s been supporting the fight. This is how we win. 🔥
The new and improved https://t.co/n25cNkjvNB is better than ever. Go there, log your trails and make substantive comments to submit on travel management plans. Let’s keep these trails open.
The last day of Tread off-road Expo. It’s a free expo and there’s lots to see. Come by and see us. At 2pm we’re doing a special presentation to Blue Ribbon Coalition. See you here.
Great week in Washington D.C.!
Had strong meetings with Congress, the Department of the Interior, Forest Service, and Senate Natural Resources Committee. We’re following up on President Trump’s executive order that got rid of the old minimization criteria.
Thank you all! 🇺🇸
In D.C. this week fighting for Utah’s OHV access! 🔥
We’re meeting with lawmakers, BLM, Forest Service, and the White House to protect our right to ride on public lands. Couldn’t do it without your support — thank you! We’re keeping the fight alive. 🇺🇸
Big day for OHV riders! Yesterday we got the executive order signed that eliminates those outdated 1970s minimization criteria. First time a U.S. president has officially recognized the value of OHV recreation. This changes everything for public land access going forward.
The Outdoor Americans with Disabilities Act is important to retain access to our public lands for all Americans. Tell your legislators to support this. https://t.co/SHheU4EW5m
The Public Lands Rule: A rule that gave power to lease public lands to private groups — who can then lock out everyone else. Access to massive areas of public land could vanish overnight.
Reopen the Swell. This is our second chance to reopen the closed trails in the San Rafael Swell and Desert. Got to https://t.co/FphUtrU57a to use our new comment tool. We need to get this done now as we have a very short time.
