If you're up and about, the Parkway in Utica is stunningly beautiful right now. The lights, the falling snow...it's like something out of a Neil Gaiman urban fantasy.

There it is. Oneida County is moving forward with the seizure of the properties for the proposed downtown parking garage.

On December 23rd.

At 6 P.M.

And the property owners can only challenge the seizure based on submissions to *this* hearing.

Subtle, that.

This story raises more questions than it answers. Why was Mr. Moody's license suspended? What did he hit or run over with the car that left two tires flat?

And the biggest- why is this story only surfacing now, three months after his arrest?

No doubt this kind of voter fraud is taking place through the country.  The entire purpose of the Dem Party push for mail-in voting is to remove the checks that are in place for in-person voting. It’s an institutionalized scam dressed up as a civil right.
