Even though I've shared the UPSC Reforms brief with the MPs of Lok Sabha, I see very little hope for changes:
1. MPs are not regularly allotted time in the Parliament
2. Party Whip may not find the matter important
3. Even if it is raised, Government may not give attention to the matter.
4. Even if the government gives attention (very limited chance) - how many reforms will be implemented still needs to be seen.
