Absolutely pathetic customer service from @Swiggy@SwiggyInstamart. Ruined order (ID: 239166890235605) arrived with a ruptured dosa batter packet spilled over everything, causing severe food safety and contamination risks.

Because you have failed to revert, I am forced to escalate this matter.
I faced a shocking experience with @Uber_India recently. Initially, the app showed Rs. 240 fare when starting the ride, but by the end, the amount doubled, forcing me to pay. I raised the issue via the app and got refunded half the amount as Uber Cash.
When I requested a transfer back to my bank account, I was promised an email with payment details—but that email never arrived. To my surprise, the refund was revoked the next day without any explanation. This is unacceptable!
@Woodland, deeply disappointed in the premium shoes bought in May '23. These shoes, valued at over 5k INR, are not what I usually buy, expecting high quality. However, within just 2 months of light wear, the eyelet stitch started loosening, and the sole began detaching. (1/6)
