Let’s make the hashtag #LetMeBe go as far as possible. ✊
Yes, this song is full of messages asking the @RwandaGov to give us peace so we can live in freedom.
But because of fear of the truth they have already deleted it from music streaming platforms, but the most important thing is that we got it.
I ask all youth, let us show @PaulKagame’s regime that even if they delete songs, they cannot delete the message.
Even if they kill or imprison artists, their voices will never be silenced. Just as #Kizito sang before they killed him, dying doesn't destroy a person; instead, it becomes a gateway to a better place.
And just as #JayPolly sang before they killed him, "The fact that we don’t speak out does not mean our heads are empty." ✊
Shout out to #Riderman, #Bulldog, #JunoKizigenza, #PapaCyangwe, #IshKevin, and other artists who continue to show @PaulKagame that not all Rwandans are spineless , as he mistakenly thinks.
Deleting this song is undeniable proof of the fear of a dictator who is about to fall.

DRC: A new investigation by @Patricia_Huon and a Congolese researcher examines how M23/AFC raises revenue through taxation and Congolese minerals, while tracing conflict-linked trade from eastern DRC through Rwanda.

This article is based principally on an investigation by Patricia Huon and a Congolese researcher, published by The New Humanitarian on September 14, 2026: “How Rwanda-backed M23 rebels finance their war in DR Congo.”
Congo is uniquely able to provide raw materials for the world’s green energy and tech revolution. After 30 years of war, the country should use this resource leverage with China and the West to protect its sovereignty and people. The precondition for any current and future mineral deals should be the immediate removal of Rwandan troops and their proxies from eastern Congo. My latest feature in @CDN_Dimension https://t.co/TzVp3ru90z
If the problem the Rwandan government has with @mkainerugaba’s post is the use of ethnic terms, then why didn’t they object when the pro-government online newspaper @IGIHE used the term “Umutwa” in an article about President @KagutaMuseveni, published on 28 July 2019 at 10:24 a.m.?
In that article, @IGIHE described the “Mutwa” as the so-called father of President Museveni.
Why this double standard? If the use of ethnic terminology is considered unacceptable, shouldn’t the same standard apply to everyone?

After about 30 minutes of @PaulKagame questioning the petty squabbles that occurred between @ScoviaMutesi and @onduhungirehe over the past three months, bringing this up right now and President #Kagame dedicating so much time to it,while ignoring the severe issues plaguing Rwandans, which are heavily rooted in the country's failing economy, demonstrates a planned distraction.
This is meant to prevent #Rwandans from holding #Kagame accountable for the national wealth he continues to waste on unnecessary trips and the injustice within the business sector.
I urge my fellow youth to unite in condemning these games, which are designed to distract us and divert attention from the problems they have caused us.

Learn stupida ! August 2, 1998 marks the beginning of the Second Congo War.
This date is not merely the starting point of an armed conflict. It symbolizes absolute horror and opens the way to a long series of massacres of civilians that bloodied the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo for years.
Among these massacres is that of Kasika, which occurred on August 24, 1998 and the following days.
In the villages of Kasika, Kilungutwe, Kalama, and Zokwe, in the territory of Mwenga (South Kivu), more than 1,000 civilians—mainly Nyindu—were killed.
Forces of the Congolese Rally for Democracy (RCD) and the Rwandan Patriotic Army (APR) of Paul Kagame attacked a church during Mass, then the surrounding villages.
Priests, nuns, women (often raped and mutilated before being murdered), children, and babies (some thrown into latrines) were exterminated.
The Mwami (traditional chief) François Mubeza III (Naluindi Francis), chief of the Lwindi chiefdom, was tied up and then killed with a machete, his heart ripped out and his head severed.
His wife, pregnant with twins, was disemboweled.
💀 On the way to Kilungutwe (about 60 km), massacres multiplied.
At Zokwe, dozens of people were killed and burned, and at Kalama dozens of people were burned alive in their homes.
💀 At Kilungutwe, on a market day, the soldiers fired on the crowd gathered in the square, then forced groups of civilians (up to 50 people per hut) to gather in huts where they were massacred.
Some were stripped, bound with their own clothes, and killed.
The houses were looted and set on fire.
What army can do that????!!!!
This crime was documented by the United Nations.
These massacres have remained unpunished, in the same way as the genocide of the 100,000 to 200,000 educated Hutu in Burundi in 1972.
The latter was a state genocide, carried out by the army and the Jeunesses révolutionnaires Rwagasore (a kind of Interahamwe before their time) under the regime of Michel Micombero.
As in Kasika and in so many other places in eastern Congo, the perpetrators and those who ordered the crimes have almost never had to answer for them.
Impunity has been virtually total.
It is precisely this reality that Geno-Cost seeks to have recognized: a genocide for economic gain, a process of massive destruction of Congolese populations motivated by control of the mineral and strategic wealth of the east of the country.
Geno-Cost rightly refuses to reduce these crimes to simple “ethnic” or “tribal conflicts.”
It insists on the economic dimension and on the responsibility of the powers and armed forces that orchestrated or supported these killings.
August 2, 1998 is therefore not an ordinary date.
It is the beginning of a cycle of horrors whose Congolese victims are still waiting for recognition, justice, and reparation.
Geno-Cost is a call to finally break this silence and this unbearable impunity.
Always the same Bullshit language kit (cf. Harry G. Frankfurt) from the Kigali regime (and its proxies).
As soon as a serious investigation points the finger at Rwandan influence operations (paying influencers, coordinated accounts, support for the M23 occupation in the DRC), Yolande trots out the exact same script:
1️⃣“Karen / colonial / panicked” → immediate ad hominem attack to disqualify the journalist (Michela Wrong) instead of addressing the facts.
2️⃣“Africans have the right to have opinions” / “we can talk among ourselves” → framing the criticism as an attempt to “police African voices,” when the investigation is precisely about voices paid for and coordinated by a state.
3️⃣“It’s 2026, Rwandans can talk back” → victim posture that turns every investigation into a colonial conspiracy, while conveniently omitting that the Kigali regime itself is one of the most active players on social media when it comes to controlling the narrative.
4️⃣Zero factual response to the evidence (payments, coordination, support for M23).
Just the usual refrain: “you have no right to talk about us.”
It’s the classic bullshit of Kagame’s soft power: turning any documented criticism into “anti-African racism” or an “attempt to silence Rwandans.”
Same talking points, same accusatory inversion, same total refusal to engage with the substance.
Classic. Reheated. Thoroughly predictable.
Rwanda's influence campaign in social media. Fine reporting in this month's The Continent magazine from journalists Michela Wrong and James Okong'o. Their investigation shows how the Rwandan government pays influencers to shape opinion about the war in neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo.
J'ai regardé, je partage... parceque je dis tjrs que @FelixUdps est le fils politique de son père. Il approche ses ennemis, cohabitation, kes embrassent puis les détruis
KAGAME’s RWANDA BECOMING A DEN OF CONGO STOLEN GOODS: Not only has Rwanda invaded Congo DRC, but systematic looting of heavy machinery, road construction materials & valuable goods follow in every city they capture, goods are taken to Rwanda! Rwanda citizens are watching and have begun to report such looting & sending pictures.
🥷🏾🚛“These trucks(pictured below) were stolen by RDF on Jan 17, in the city of Uvira. As we speak, they can be located in Rwanda at Monika’s residence commonly known as “Gloria”. It is suspected that these are DRC government trucks intended to be used for a road construction project of Ngoma-Bukavu!”
🥷🏾🚌“Buses stolen from Uvira by Rwandan Defense Forces on Jan 17th, now located in the compound of a Rwandan Businessman known as Janvier.”
🥷🚜“Cement, rebar, asphalt, fuel, batteries for heavy machinery, asphalt plant and crusher: all the equipment necessary for the continuation of the urban road construction works was systematically stolen or destroyed. Dozens of trucks were seen loading the materials before leaving the area then under M23 control, according to the witnesses.”

KAGAME MARKETS HIMSELF AS A PAN-AFRICANIST, BUT IN REALITY HE’S OBSESSED WITH FOOTBALL SPOTLIGHTS, GLOBAL ATTENTION, AND PERSONAL BRANDING 🌍
He loudly “supports sports,” especially football, across Europe, while #Rwanda has spent over $190 million on Visit Rwanda sponsorships with clubs like Arsenal, PSG, Bayern Munich, and Atlético Madrid.
👉Yet at home, he openly told #Rwandans to stop playing football, claiming they are incapable of succeeding at it instead watch others, while doing nothing to invest in local talent or support gifted children.
That’s not leadership. That’s hypocrisy.
Look at the disrespect.
🔴On April 9, 2024, #Kagame attended an Arsenal match in London during Kwibuka 30, the official national mourning period for the Genocide against the Tutsi.
At that same time, ordinary Rwandans were forbidden from entertainment or celebrations inside Rwanda, but the president boarded a jet to enjoy himself abroad.
Fast forward again:
🔴On January 20, 2026, @PaulKagame was in Rabat, Morocco, attending the AFCON final, while back home his supporters were busy harassing a young woman for saying the obvious truth, that Rwandan youth are poor and struggling. Instead of addressing reality, they accused her of laziness and claimed youth suffering is “not the government’s problem.”
That’s the pattern: glamor abroad, repression at home.
🔴And let’s talk money.
Each of #Kagame’s private jets reportedly costs around $9,000 per hour, and he never travels alone,at least two jets every trip.
The jets are registered as private, but the Rwandan state pays to lease them when he travels as president.
🤔So while youth are told to “work harder,” “be patient,” or “stop complaining,” millions are burned on flights, football branding, and photo ops.
This isn’t Pan-Africanism.
It’s spectacle over people.
Image over dignity.
And power over accountability.
