Eeyore was silent for a while, thinking.
“Rabbit, I must move about more. I must come and go.”
“Eeyore, drop in on any of us at any time, when you feel like it.”
“Thank you, Rabbit. And if anybody says in a Loud Voice ‘Bother, it’s Eeyore,’ I can drop out again.” ~A.A.Milne

In today’s episode of exploiting diabetics for profit:
Dexcom holds our life-sustaining CGMs and years of our health data hostage to force us to waive our constitutional right to a jury trial and agree to mandatory arbitration and a class action waiver in their favor.
"I always said Tiggers could climb trees," said Tigger. Not that it's easy, mind you. There's the coming-down too. Which will be difficult. Unless one fell. When it would be... EASY.
“Are we going to the top?" said Roo excitedly.
“NO," said Tigger.

'What day is it?' asked Pooh.
'It’s our BIRTHDAY.' squeaked Piglet.
'My favourite day.' said Pooh.

@A_AMilne Hahaha 😃 I must say, I love Pooh and all his friends. They are the best, each 1 uniquely perfect as they are. I love how they are all curious & accepting.
I grew up w/ Pooh, and at 55 years old w/ 42 years of T1D under my belt... I love & appreciate Pooh & Friends all the more.
“We can’t get down!” cried Roo.
“Isn’t it fun? Tigger and I are living in a tree, like Owl, and we’re going to stay here for ever and ever.
“How did you get there, Roo?”
“On Tigger’s back! And Tiggers can’t climb downwards, because their tails get in the way.” ~A.A.Milne
SLEEP IS THE BEST MEDITATION. Rest is not wasted time. A tired mind becomes more reactive, less focused, and often more emotional. Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is stop trying to push through exhaustion. - His Holiness The Dalai Lama

Golden Wednesday. That was quite an unexpected end to my morning walk. After going up Glastonbury Tor in torrential rain, I was on my way home and the sky cleared in seconds!
The little bears growl to each other, “He’s mine,
As soon as he’s silly and steps on a line.”
And they try to pretend that nobody cares
Whether you walk on the lines or squares.
But only the sillies believe their talk;
It’s ever so portant how you walk.

Some of the best sunrises are those that make you wait a little while and make you glad you stayed. Quiet reflection and being in the moment. This morning's sunrise on Glastonbury Tor did just that.
Piglet thought they ought to have a Reason for going to see everybody, like Organizing an Expotition, if Pooh could think of something.
Pooh could.
“We’ll go because it’s Thursday,” he said, “and we’ll go to wish everybody a Very Happy Thursday.” ~A.A.Milne
