How a company of this scale have no customer support number and a worst AI bot
I am not sure how many issues the smart filters they built has and how worst service can be . Customers of filter are in big trouble (who opted for this filter)

I doubt you guys are building a serious smart filter company or some social media app. Filter company needs genuine customer service. Not some podcast marketing.

I just found that there many tweets where Customers are not able to reach out to support teams . This becomes difficult. Also hear many App issues for filter data.
We need to urgently create awareness about this filter and not let customers fell into Marketing trap.

For the people who are willing to opt for this - please hear out the pain point above.
I am willing to return the product without using it due to issues with service , No CS to reach out to and SCAM AI chat bot.
They can pay Youtubers and Podcasters but not Customer supprt
