@HealthToFit I hadn’t considered using calories. My goal was to track consistency in my training - as I have a history of high and low periods.
Would it be common for people to track calories for this purpose?

@HealthToFit Could we get a selectable timeframe for training load ratio, like we have for training load and HR intensity.
Monotony as well if it’s possible - then all charts in fitness could be set to the same timeframes.
@HealthToFit Could we get a 12 mth rolling training load chart as a widget option and in stats (past 12 months and year to date).
Also would you consider having the screen for cycling FTP resembling the running critical power with charts etc.
